Visit us so we can build your pet’s care plan

At your first visit, we'll establish a baseline understanding of your pet's health and needs. We'll then create a care plan that both our virtual and clinic teams can access, ensuring we're able to support you anytime, anywhere.

Tell us about your pet’s issue

When an issue arises use the Juno App to connect with one of our licensed vet techs—they’re like nurses for pets. Just answer a few simple questions, share images or videos of your pet’s symptoms and chat directly with a virtual care team member.

Get your care next steps

We’ll direct you on what to do next such as providing care-at-home instructions, setting up a clinic visit or directing you to the nearest emergency clinic.
Quick note: Virtual care can’t replace an in-person vet visit. We can’t prescribe new medications or diagnose illnesses remotely; that must be done in the clinic.

Can I speak to a Veterinarian through virtual care?

Currently, our virtual care is provided by highly trained Registered Vet Technicians (RVTs) based in Canada. They can assist with a wide range of pet health concerns and collaborate closely with our veterinarians to ensure you and your pet receive top-quality care.

What's a Registered Vet Technician?

A Registered Vet Technician (RVT) is an essential part of the veterinary care team. RVTs are licensed professionals trained to aid Veterinarians in providing medical care for animals. They perform a variety of tasks, including assisting in surgeries, administering medications, and offering guidance on your pet’s health and well-being.

Note: RVTs cannot prescribe new medications or diagnose illnesses that must be done in the clinic by a Veterinarian.

How much does virtual care cost?

Virtual care is included in your annual membership. Contact us 24/7, as often as you need.

Will I speak to the same person every time?

Not necessarily, and that’s intentional. We practice continuity of care, so while you might interact with different RVT team members, every one of them is fully prepared to support you and your pet.

What do I do if my pet has an emergency?

It’s not always obvious if your pet is facing a medical emergency. If you’re ever concerned about your pet’s health, our Registered Vet Technicians are available around the clock to support. We’ll help assess the situation and guide you on the next steps.

How soon will I hear back?

We’ll respond within 10 minutes so you can have peace of mind and get the advice you need.
