Our on-site pharmacy stocks most commonly prescribed pet medications, so we can usually send you home with the medication you need. If we don’t have it in stock, we can order it for pick-up in the clinic. Depending on the prescription, we may be able to initiate a refill via our 24/7 virtual care app.

This depends on the medication, your pet’s health condition, when the prescription was issued, and how recently we’ve seen your pet. If we haven’t seen your pet within the last 12 months, we’ll need to examine them before renewing their prescription. We do this to ensure your pet is still getting the right treatment and proper dosage.

Yes! We can renew your prescription from a previous vet, as long as your pet has been examined by a Juno veterinarian within the last 12 months.

Yes, we can send your pet’s prescription to any pet pharmacy of your choice. If your local human pharmacy stocks the medications you need, we may be able to send your prescription there.

To renew a tick and heartworm preventative prescription, your pet must have had an examination and a tick and heartworm test within an appropriate period of time. We also need to know your pet’s current weight so we can make sure they’re getting the correct dosage.

We stock a few prescription foods, like gastrointestinal foods, urinary foods, and hypoallergenic foods. For other needs, we use myvetstore.com, which delivers prescription foods to your home. If we don’t carry what you need, we’ll help you get your pet’s prescription food quickly and easily.
