How do I sign up and log in?
Head to our MyVETstore page and click “create an account”. Once you fill in your information, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions. Log into your account and start shopping for all your pet care needs.
Is there a delivery charge?
There’s a standard delivery fee of $5. Orders over $125 ship free.
My vet prescribed specific food. Where can I find it?
Because most therapeutic foods are considered prescription, you’ll need to get approval from your vet before your first order. Once the food is approved, you can find it under “For My Pet” on the MyVETstore page. All your prescribed food can be added to your cart at any time.
What’s Auto Order and how do I set it up?
Auto Order lets you set up recurring deliveries of items you purchase on a regular basis (think food, treats, and litter). To set up an Auto Order, add the items to your cart and choose Auto Order during check out. From there, you can select or edit the frequency of your deliveries. Place your order and you’re done! No more running out of essentials, plus, you save 5% on every Auto Order item.
What if I need to return something?
Returns are easy! If something doesn’t work out, just drop it off at our clinic and we’ll handle the refund for you.
